JC Music Management keeps artists on the road and on stage. Since 2019, Jon Copley has tour managed national and international runs for ARIA Award-winner Conrad Sewell and a growing roster of established and emerging acts. Those runs range from 2,000-capacity headline shows to supports for international headliners.
Touring is hard work: routing, advancing, budgets, travel, crew and a hundred moving parts every day. We handle all of it so the artist can focus on one thing, the show. In 2026 alone, that meant 40+ shows across QLD, NSW, VIC, TAS and the ACT, from capital-city theatres to regional pubs and festivals.

Who is behind JC Music
Who is Jon?
Jon Copley is a Tour Manager, Musical Director and Artist Manager with more than seven years of experience guiding award-winning and emerging artists through national and international touring. As founder of JC Music Management, he oversees logistics, finances, partnerships and strategy for multiple artists across Australia and overseas. He has also brokered partnerships with brands including Mercedes-Benz, Virgin Australia, Callaway, GQ and the NRL.
PERFORMANCES
Tour History
Conrad Sewell: 12 national tours since 2019, including the LIFE, Big World, Precious, Bloodline and 10th Anniversary "Firestone" tours. That covers 2,000-capacity headline runs and supports for The Script and Big Time Rush, with Jon as Musical Director on five of them.
Delta Goodrem: Jon has been Delta's keyboardist on her Christmas Special every year since 2020, and toured with her on the Bridge Over Troubled Dreams Tour. He recorded on her new album, Pure, played the AFLW Grand Final and two years of Music in Paradise, and tour managed her performance at Isle of MTV Malta in 2024.
René Le Feuvre: Jon has grown René from emerging artist to national support act, including his first Queensland headline tour and a European run supporting Jacob Lee. Along the way, René has supported Pete Murray, Conrad Sewell, Boo Seeka and Dylan Wright, and appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
Alex Mather: Jon booked and tour managed Alex's first Australian tour with Select Music in 2026.
360: Jon tour managed 360's performance at Days on the Sand Festival in 2025.
JC Music Experiences
Big Stage
From Fire Fight Australia 2020 at ANZ Stadium to the AFL Grand Final at the MCG, Jon has worked on some of the country's biggest stages. Overseas, he was Musical Director for an NRL half-time show and a Hakkasan Nightclub DJ set in Las Vegas, and played a Hotel Café showcase in Los Angeles. Back home, he's played Carols in the Domain and NYE Darwin, and was MD for the first-ever Reds half-time show.
Elvis
Jon played the Hammond B3 in the NBC orchestra for Baz Luhrmann's Elvis. It was a rare chance to bring live-music experience to the big screen, alongside a guest appearance at Kygo's Melbourne show.
Big Bands
Jon has been Delta Goodrem's keyboardist on her Christmas Special every year since 2020. He also played on her Bridge Over Troubled Dreams Tour, the AFLW Grand Final and two years of Music in Paradise. Festival credits include Airlie Beach Music Festival (as Conrad Sewell's MD), Caloundra Music Festival and Palm Tree Festival.
Corporates
Jon manages corporate bands touring nationally, handling the musicians, gear, venues and client briefs. The Amici Band has played gala dinners in Brisbane, Sydney, Hobart, Hamilton Island and Great Keppel Island, and there have been performances for Qantas and the Melbourne Cup. He has also secured partnerships with Mercedes-Benz, Virgin Australia, GQ and the NRL.
